Line dancing classes are designed to engage memory through memorizing the steps and a way to encourage exercise and body movement. Our lead instructor Tavia Meeks has been instructing Line Dance Exhibitions for 10+ years. She targets all ages especially to encourage movement for seniors. Her teaching method is to monitor how people respond and keep up during the class and make modifications as needed.
