About the event
Steele Creek Community Place is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for our youth! On August 22nd, from 9am to 1pm, they are partnering with Vision to Learn to provide FREE eye exams and eyeglasses for children aged 5-18.Â
Every child who gets an eye exam will also receive a free pair of eyeglasses if needed, ensuring they are ready to excel in the new school year. Plus, we'll be giving out free school supplies with every appointment!Â
How can you help?Â
We're hosting a school supply drive to support our "Back to School" Youth Mobile Eye Clinic. Drop off your donations at Steele Creek Community Place in the barrel by the info desk now until August 20th. We need a variety of supplies including:
- Notebooks
- Pencils
- Pens
- Backpacks
- Journals
- And more!
